To submit your return request, please complete the form on the following page. You will receive an email confirming your request, and a member of our Customer Care team will sent you a unique authorization number together with return instructions.

For pre-orders placed over 21 days ago, please email customercare@honornyc.com and our team will be happy to assist with your return request, provided it is within our 14-day return policy.
